Returns and Refunds

Overview

At Magehand, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to assist you.

Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return.
  • Timeframe: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, health and personal care items, gift cards, and downloadable software products.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service at returns@magehand.eu with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  2. Approval: We will review your request and notify you via email whether your return is approved or rejected.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
  • Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts not due to our error.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, contact us at returns@magehand.eu and send your item to: Jørgensens Allé 28, 8722 Hedensted, Denmark

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at returns@magehand.eu with details and photos of the product and the defect.
