Overview
Magehand.eu is dedicated to delivering your purchases in a timely and efficient manner. This shipping policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of products from our webshop.
Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship to all countries within the European Union.
- For inquiries about shipping outside the EU, please contact our customer service at info@magehand.eu
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days. We offer a flat-rate shipping for orders within the European Union (Metalworks Category items excluded). Rates for orders outside the European Union are calculated exclusively based on the destination and weight of your order.
- Express Shipping: Available for select locations with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout.
- Heavy & Oversized Shipping: Due to the heavy nature of the material used to craft Plate Armor, Pauldrons etc., and their often bulky sizes - Flat-rate shipping for the Metalworks Category are therefore not available. Ordering items within this category have a separate Shipping Cost, that will be calculated during checkout.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking information.
- Your delivery time may vary by region and carrier. Please check your shipping confirmation to track your order.
- Please note that we can't take responsibility for delays caused by the carrier, or weather-related delays. If your order is taking longer than you think it should, please contact us and we'll do our best to help - but please know that we (unfortunately) don't have a magic wand for making deliveries appear.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Magehand is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shipping Address
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. Magehand is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If your shipment is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect address, we can refund you for your purchases, but the shipping cannot be refunded.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your order is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@magehand.eu. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- In the event you receive a damaged package, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt at info@magehand.eu with photos and details of the damage.
